- Partner Institute Data: Where you are referred by our partner institutes — whether directly or indirectly through our associates — we may receive your basic contact and eligibility information with your prior consent.

- Prospective Clients: Assessment form data retained up to 2 years from last interaction, unless earlier deletion requested.
- Legal & Tax Records: Retained as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961, and GST regulations.
After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
