Welcome to Migration Overseas. These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Migration Overseas, headquartered at 101 Smeet Complex, Above First Cry, Near Genda Circle, Alembic Main Road, Vadodara - 390023, Gujarat, India. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Migration Overseas is an India-based immigration consultancy established in 1998, providing professional guidance for international migration, student visas, work permits, permanent residency, family sponsorship, and business/investor visas. We serve clients from India and throughout the world.
Our services include:
Immigration Consultancy: Professional eligibility assessment, personalized pathway advice, and strategic guidance throughout the immigration process.
Application Preparation: Documentation assistance, form filling, application compilation, submission guidance, and follow-up with immigration authorities.
Study Visa Services: University admissions guidance, course selection, student visa applications, and post-study immigration pathways.
Test Preparation: IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, CELPIP, and TEF coaching.
Settlement Services: Pre-departure orientation and settlement support in coordination with partner institutes and associates.
Migration Overseas works with a network of partner institutes for education placement, skills assessment, settlement services, and immigration support. Partner institutes can be direct as well as indirect via our associates.
Direct Partner Institutes: Educational institutions, assessment bodies, and service providers with whom we have a direct contractual or referral relationship.
Indirect Partner Institutes (via Associates): Institutions connected to us through our authorized associates, agents, or affiliated consultants operating in India or abroad.
By engaging our services, you consent to your information being shared with relevant partner institutes — whether direct or indirect — as necessary for your immigration, education, or settlement objectives.
While we provide expert guidance, the final decision on all visa and immigration applications rests solely with the respective government authorities (IRCC, DHA, UKVI, USCIS, and other relevant bodies). We do not guarantee visa approval, invitation to apply, PR grant, or any specific outcome.
Any representations regarding eligibility scores, processing times, or chances of success are based on our professional assessment and publicly available information at the time of consultation.
Important: Our role is to provide accurate information, professional guidance, and thorough application preparation. Approval or denial is at the sole discretion of immigration authorities.
Accurate Information: Supply truthful, complete information. Misrepresentation may result in application refusal and service termination without refund.
Timely Cooperation: Respond to information requests within communicated timelines.
Financial Obligations: Pay all applicable fees per the agreed structure. Government fees, visa fees, and third-party charges are separate and non-refundable by us.
Law Compliance: Comply with immigration laws of India and the destination country.
Disclosure: Disclose previous visa refusals, criminal records, medical conditions, or other factors affecting your application.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. Government fees, embassy charges, medical examination, police clearance, language tests, and credential evaluation costs are payable directly by you.
Payments are made through authorized modes (bank transfer, UPI, payment gateway). GST and applicable taxes are charged per prevailing Indian tax laws. Refund policy is governed by your individual service agreement.
Migration Overseas shall not be liable for visa refusal, delay, or adverse decisions by immigration authorities; changes in immigration laws or policies after engagement; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or losses from inaccurate client-provided information or missed deadlines.
Our total liability shall not exceed the consultancy fees paid by you to us.
All website content including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Migration Overseas, protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose personal information except as required for your immigration application, as authorized by you, as required by law, or as described in our Privacy Policy. This obligation survives termination of engagement.
Either party may terminate by written notice. Refunds (if any) are governed by your service agreement. We may terminate immediately if you provide false information, engage in abusive behavior, fail to meet payment obligations, or use services for unlawful purposes.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are referred to arbitration in Vadodara, Gujarat under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts of Vadodara have exclusive jurisdiction over non-arbitrable matters.
Information on our website and during consultations is for general guidance. Immigration laws change frequently — verify specific details with the relevant government authority. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, changes in immigration law, war, civil unrest, strikes, or technology failures.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Review these Terms periodically.
